Guiso de acelga con papas doradas
Hola antes de empezar con la receta quiero decirles que estoy feliz de iniciar esta nueva aventura junto a ustedes, que rico, ojalá les guste. Estoy segura que lo vamos a pasar muy bien, compartiremos no sólo recetas sino también música, consejos, anécdotas, etc. Se trata de que sea un sitio entretenido donde compartir y aprender cosas nuevas. Bueno, ahora vamos con la receta. Se trata de un rico guiso de Acelga con Papas Doradas. Es un plato especial para el invierno acompañados por la familia y amigos.
Ingredientes:
- Acelgas fresca (no congeladas)
- 1 cebolla grande
- 2 dientes de ajo
- champiñones de París (los blancos)
- aceitunas verdes deshuesadas
- 1/4 de litro de crema de leche ligth
- comino
- pimienta negra molida
- sal a gusto
- Aceite para freír
- papas
Preparación:
Poner a cocinar las papas con piel en abundante agua con un poco de sal. Por Mientras se cocinan las papas, picar la cebolla en juliana, picar los dientes de ajo, los champiñones en láminas no muy delgadas, poner un poco de aceite en un sartén de teflón y dorar la cebolla junto con el ajo, agregar un poco de sal, pimienta, comino y dejar cocinar por unos minutos hasta que se dore la cebolla, después agregar los champiñones y las aceitunas (ojalá sean pequeñas) y dejar cocinar por unos minutos.
Lavar bien la acelga, cortarles la parte blanca que es dura, picarla finita, ponerla en un colador y agregar agua hirviendo para que se ablanden un poco, dejar estilar. Después agregar la acelga al sartén donde está la cebolla, revolver bien para que se junten todos los ingredientes, cocinar unos 5 minutos más y dejar reposar.
Una vez que están listas las papas, pelarlas cuando estén tibias cortarlas en medallones no muy gruesos. En otro sartén de teflón grande, poner aceite y una vez caliente poner las papas, irlas dando vuelta para que se vayan dorando en forma pareja, retirar del sartén y ponerlas en papel absorbente para que saque todo el aceite sobrante.
Al final poner la crema de leche y calentar a fuego lento, revisar la sazón.
Servir bien caliente en un plata bajo, las papas al lado bien doraditas. Este plata se puede acompañar con un buen vino tinto chambreado por supuesto. Y a distrutar con la familia o amigos, espero que este primera receta les haya gustado.
